Two arms activated today, two back to Memphis

Randy Flores was activated today as expected, to join the bullpen for tonight's game with the San Diego Padres.

But Flores wasn't the only Triple-A sent to St. Louis. Kelvin Jimenez came along as well, also to go into the bullpen.

Apparently, manager Tony La Russa wants to go with one extra pitcher than the usual compliment of bats, sending down (to Memphis) not only Chris Perez but Joe Mather.
