Wild Cards

The St. Louis Cardinals' Elimination number for the NL Wild Card is twelve as they linger 4.5 games behind the WC-leader, the Milwaukee Brewers. Both the Houston Astros and the Philadelphia Phillies are 3.0 games out of the NL WC, both the share an "E" number of 12.

That puts them only one digit farther from elimination then the Cards, but the more important state is that if the Cards cannot catch the Brewers, it's all a moot point.
