Greene a hot Card in AFL

... The Arizona Fall League is in full swing with the Cards representatives' on the Peoria Saguaros, Tyler Greene swinging a hot bat with two hits Thursday.

Greene went 2-for-4 with a single and a triple. Greene stuck out twice, but gathered a couple RBIs on the game, which the Saguaros won, 3-2, over the Surprise Rafters. Greene is currently hitting .318.

Also representing the Cardinals was Shane Robinson, who went 0-for-4 in the leadoff spot, playing center field. Robinson is batting .250 currently.

Brad Furnish pitched 2.0 innings and was charged with a blown save. Furnish allowed two runs on two hits with a walk and strikeout. Furnish threw 23 pitches, 14 of those for strikes, facing nine Rafters.

Greene delivered a game-tying RBI single in the sixth inning before stroking a go-ahead triple in the eighth as the Saguaros pulled out a 3-2 victory over the Surprise Rafters."
